Sicilian lemons are a well-known citrus variety from Sicily, Italy. Thanks to the mineral-rich volcanic soil of Mount Etna and the Mediterranean sun, they are exceptionally aromatic and juicy. Renowned for their intense fruitiness, high essential oil content, and abundance of juice. They have smooth, pale yellow rinds with plentiful oil glands; once sliced, they release a fresh citrus fragrance. Their acidity is bright and complex, making them perfect for juicing, cooking, cocktails, baking, and zesting.

Sicily is one of Italy's most important lemon-producing regions, primarily growing native Italian varieties such as Femminello and Villafranca. The region's Mediterranean climate—characterized by ample sunshine and significant day-night temperature differences—combined with volcanic soil and sea breezes, results in a higher concentration of essential oils in the rind and a particularly prominent aroma.
