New Zealand Gold Kiwifruit is the "golden standard" of the kiwifruit world. Every 100g contains up to 171mg of Vitamin C—2-3 times that of an orange, 17 times that of an apple, and double that of a green kiwifruit—truly earning its title as the "King of Vitamin C"! With its bright, golden flesh, it is soft, succulent, and honey-like, featuring a fresh tropical aroma with subtle floral notes. Perfectly sweet without being cloying, it is the premier choice for your daily Vitamin C intake.

PAF Tips
If the fruit is firm upon arrival, store it in a sealed container with an apple or banana for 2-3 days to ripen; it is best to eat once it feels slightly soft to the touch. Once ripe, store in the refrigerator. Gold kiwifruit has a GI value of approximately 38, making it a low-glycemic fruit suitable for those watching their sugar intake. Those with a cold constitution or sensitive stomach should avoid overconsumption, and individuals with known allergies should exercise caution.
