The Korean Hyun Ji-hee Royal Vine series is a hybrid developed from Shine Muscat and Wink grapes. It retains the signature sweet, crisp texture of the Shine Muscat while adding the rich, fruity aroma of dark grapes. The berries are larger and plumper than standard grapes, turning a beautiful reddish-purple upon ripening, making them a highly sought-after premium grape in the Korean fruit market in recent years.

The most appealing qualities of the Shine Muscat are its large size, crisp texture, and intense sweetness. Each individual grape is plump, with firm, crunchy flesh that releases an abundance of juice. The sweetness typically reaches about 24–25 Brix, offering a rich flavor profile that goes beyond mere sugariness, finishing with a hint of natural fruity aroma. Furthermore, being seedless with thin skin, they can be enjoyed whole after washing, making them both convenient and incredibly satisfying to eat.

These grapes have been selected as our featured product this season not only for their high sugar content, but also for their stringent requirements regarding berry size, color, and ripeness.
