A premium truss tomato variety from Chinese production regions, known for its "nine parts sweet, one part tart" profile and its crisp, juicy burst. The flesh is firm and succulent; with every bite, it crunches and releases a splash of juice, carrying a rich, authentic tomato aroma with a subtle hint of fresh grass—refreshing and palate-cleansing.

Truss tomatoes, also known as vine-ripened tomatoes, are a new variety introduced from the Netherlands in the late 1990s. Their most distinct feature is that they are harvested and sold in whole clusters, with the fruits arranged like a fishbone, each one plump and uniform. Chinese production regions mostly utilize smart greenhouse hydroponics, combined with bumblebee pollination and precision irrigation and fertilization technology. The resulting tomatoes are 5 times crispier and 2.5 times juicier than regular varieties, with a sugar-acid ratio precisely controlled at the "nine parts sweet, one part tart" golden ratio—delivering a rich tomato flavor that tastes just like childhood!
