Product Details
A national geographical indication product from the Jinsha River basin, including Suijiang in Yunnan and Yibin in Sichuan, China, this plum is named "Banbianhong" (Half-Red) because the side facing the sun turns purplish-red while the shaded side remains emerald green. It is renowned for its extreme crispness and freestone nature. The flesh is translucent yellow-green; each bite is satisfyingly crunchy, releasing an instant burst of juicy, fresh fruitiness with a subtle honeyed note. The flavor is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, leaving a lingering, pleasant aftertaste.
Taste: A balanced sweet-and-tart flavor, extremely crisp, with a satisfying "crunch" in every bite.
Features: Dual-colored skin in green and red, golden sweet-to-tart ratio, and easily removable pit.
Recommended Way to Eat: Rinse and enjoy fresh.

We recommend consuming these as soon as possible after receipt to ensure the best crispy texture. The natural "bloom" (dust) on the plum skin is a protective layer and is safe to eat.
